Who watches Master Chef? Actually, the real question is doesn’t watch any Gordon Ramsay show! I am, of course, a huge Ramsay fan and it isn’t because of his wonderful temperament and lack of surprises; I actually watch it because of the people he has on the show. I have watched every season of Hell’s Kitchen and I have watched the last 5 seasons of Master Chef. Some people make fun of me but I like to see who is out there and what kind of food can be created; I tend to get inspired and try my hand on it or try and create my own. Now I could run on about each season and each person I remembered, like or disliked, but I am just gonna stick to the current season and talk about three people in particular, and why.
- 1 Avocado
- 2 chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp grape seed oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded jack cheese (optional)
CHICKEN: Cut chickens in a butterfly (cut middle but not all the way through). Rinse chickens under water and then rub cayenne pepper through out, even inside where its cut. Mince garlic and rub one clove inside of each chicken. Grill chicken until its fully cooked (best results if its covered).
FILLING: Scoop avocado into a bowl and mix until well blended. Chop up bell pepper and jalapeno in small pieces and mix with avocado.
Once Chicken is cooked, place shredded cheese inside the chicken and cover for 2 minutes or until fully melted. Place chicken on plate and add filling inside. If you have some filling left, you can place it on top of chicken.
Quick and Easy and very good! You can add any side. In photo is grilled red potatoes.
